See right there, that's my issue! Our generation doesn't know the first thing about "struggles," yet all we do is talk about how difficult things are. Our entire life has been one big convenience after another, yet we're worst off as a society than we were 50 years ago. We live in a world with endless amounts of knowledge literally at our fingertips, yet obesity is the number one cause of death because people are unaware of how to eat properly? Our country is in so much debt because people were never taught how to stick to a budget?!
"Not everyone can afford a university education dude, that stuff ain't cheap"
So what! The Internet can do pretty much everything for you except wipe your own ass!
"Give it five years and I'm sure Apple will have an app for that too"
You know what? You're probably right and it's sad because today's generation has the opportunity to get the equivalent of a university education for free if our lazy asses would wake up before noon and use the internet for something other than social networking!
Call my bluff?
Name one argument that you've had in the last year that hasn't been solved by the phrase "Google it". Why not use the same determination you have for proving others wrong to educate yourself, who knows, maybe life will get a bit easier for all of us. If it makes you feel better, I'll even print you off a University of Google diploma to make it legit... Just please stop blaming others for your laziness.
If you are having problems with your relationships, self confidence, debt, investments, school, work, stress, health issues, illnesses, workouts, diet or even your education, YOU HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Get on the Internet and educate yourself! Odds are, there are others experiencing the same "struggles" and are looking for the same guidance as you!
People can live a hundred years without truly living a minute. Don't be one of those people! You're so much better than that and you deserve so much more! You just need to take a second, realize that we are ten times better off than our parents were and things are a thousand times more convenient for us than they were for our grandparents. All you need to do is take just ONE second, look outside the box and see the same potential in yourself that I do!
